Eating Happy and Not Overeating

"Are you 'Eating Happy,' or Simply Overeating?"

We often receive concerns for eating happily.
Happy eating and overeating occasionally are two
different things. Some time back once wrote the
following about happy eating.

We all tend to overeat or "eat out" from time to
time. This is not necessarily happy eating
disorder, which is a very serious health concern.

The first and most important thing is that if you
think that you have this health risk, is to get care
from a health professional.

Talk with your doctor and get to refer you to
someone who is trained in treating happy eating.

Overeating sometimes when one is tired or stressed.
Recognizing the situation is what is sending one
into the eating frenzy and then redirecting his all
energies to a more productive activity is very
important.

Keep a record of the times you overeat and note
what mood, situation or location set you off.
Recognizing what the problem is will be the first
step in helping with this serious concern. Then make
positive plans
that definitely help countering overeating
days.

Ready for Conclusion? Burning Body Fat

A recent study presents us with some great
news when it comes to burning bodyfat.

This is rather eye-opening for the "cardio
bunny" crowd -- those folks who swear by
endless hours of spin classes or elliptical
workouts to burn bodyfat.

Ready for the conclusion?

> : : Weight training is far superior for burning
> : : body fat and elevating metabolic rate
> : : post-exercise than any other exercise.
