Fiction says stress from working long hours will help me loose weight.
Reality is some people who are stressed tend to bringe on food, especially junk food. irregular eating paterns also result in gaining weight and stomach problems.
In order to loose weight aim towards a balanced life and managing stress through physical exercise or leisure. Spending more quality time wiht yourself or your loved ones will help a lot in reducing fat.
