Fiction 01 : Skipping Dinner for Drinks

If I skip dinner and get drinks straight, I will get less calories and will not build FAT.
Reality:
Each can of beer gives 100 cal wih literaly none nutrients. While a boul of soup give 300+ calories with lot more neutrients. You may also risk alcohol poisioning and dehydration if you consume drinks without proper food.
Alcohol also converts into more fat.
Plan your proper food and exercise
