Fiction 04: Sleep less to Loose Weight

Fiction says if you sleep less you loose more calories and build less fat.
Reality is if you do not get good night sleep and rest, the body fat cells secreats less harmones. These harmones are required for informing brain "you have sufficient energy and do not need any food"
If you get less sleep, you are less likely fresh in a day to do regualar exercise. Your lethargy for activities will actullay buid more fat.
