Fiction Says Drinking Lots of Water helps in lossing FAT and reducing body weight.
Reality is dehydration slows down fat burning process. Body needs adequate water for functioning.
Drinking more water during your meal makes you feal stomoch full. But drinking water does not satisfy body's other needs. You need good balanced meal to satisfy its day to day needs of nutrient, protines and vitamins.
